What this site is

Badr Alghamdi

Most of what goes wrong in procurement and project delivery is not exotic. It is a short list of mechanics that almost everyone senses and almost nobody has been shown properly: lead time variance, merge bias, duty classification, and the cost of money hiding inside payment schedules.

Prose does not fix that. I have written the memo, more than once, and watched the same date get quoted the same way the following month. Moving the numbers yourself does fix it, because the moment you drag a slider and the finish date walks away from you, the argument is over.

Move one input and read what changes. The assumption behind the result and the point where it runs out are on the page.

Free means free.

One record exists for every published page: the question it answers, the route it lives at, and whether it carries a calculation, a comparison or a table you can print.
